1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Cardinal Training platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older
- Users must provide accurate registration information
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
- Accounts are for individual use only (no sharing)
3. Course Access and Usage
- Courses are provided free of charge
- Course content is for educational purposes only
- Users may not download, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission
- Access may be revoked for violations of these Terms
4. Intellectual Property
- All course content is owned by Cardinal Glass Industries Inc.
- Trademarks, logos, and branding are property of their respective owners
- Users retain no rights to course materials beyond personal educational use
- AIA CES marks used under license
5. Certificate Issuance
- Certificates are issued upon successful course completion (80% or higher)
- Certificates are valid for AIA continuing education credit
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own records
- Cardinal Glass reports completion to AIA CES as required
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share account credentials
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Submit false information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with other users' access to the Service
7. Privacy and Data Collection
- We collect information as described in our Privacy Policy
- By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use
- We report course completions to AIA as required
8. Disclaimers
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Course content is for educational purposes only
- Professional judgment should be exercised in applying knowledge
9. Limitation of Liability
Cardinal Glass Industries Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cardinal Glass Industries Inc. from any claims arising from
your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
12. AIA CES Requirements
- Users must complete courses honestly and individually
- Completion records will be reported to AIA
- False reporting may result in loss of AIA credits
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes
acceptance of new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
