Delete your account

You can delete your Cardinal Training account yourself, in the app or on the website. You'll need your password.

In the app

  1. Open the Cardinal Training app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

On the web

  1. Sign in at cardinaltraining.io.
  2. Open your Account page.
  3. Under Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

What we delete

  • Your account is closed straight away. You're signed out on every device and can't sign in again.
  • Analytics data linked to your account is erased.
  • The activity history of your account is erased.

What we keep

Your account record is deactivated, not erased. We keep the courses you completed, your certificates and their certificate numbers, and any completions we reported to AIA, so that your certificates can still be verified and AIA reporting stays correct.

If you want that remaining record erased as well, email us and tell us so. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how we handle these requests.

Can't sign in?

If you can't sign in, or you have an instructor or admin account, email us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done.
